Crafted from 100% BPA-free food grade stainless steel, this dehydrator boasts excellent fire resistance, playing a role in fire isolation. The stainless steel trays feature a reliable edge wrapping design that is scratch-resistant and dishwasher-safe. A slight stainless steel odor on brand new dehydrator machines is a normal phenomenon and can be resolved by opening the machine door and letting it sit for 1-3 days.

With a large drying capacity of 8 stainless steel trays, each measuring 9.84 * 9.84 inches, this dehydrator can accommodate thick-cut foods, as well as a variety of vegetables, fruits, meats, and flowers, effectively locking in minerals and vitamins.

Equipped with advanced safety features, the Cercker dehydrator offers an automatic shutdown function and overheating protection. When the ambient temperature and machine temperature reach 120°F, the power will automatically cut off. The temperature setting range is 70°F to 190°F (with 5°F increments), and the 24-hour timer can be adjusted as needed. The noise level is ≤45dB, ensuring a quiet operation that won't interfere with the surrounding environment.

The Cercker 8-tray food dehydrator set includes a comprehensive package: 67 recipes, a door handle, a drip tray, silicone gloves, a screwdriver, and a user manual. If you have any questions, the Cercker team is available to assist you. Additionally, any quality issues within a year will be addressed with a replacement of the food dehydrator, without the need to return the original machine.
